Black is the ever-popular color of the evening. Whether it is a prom party, a special occasion, a celebration of sorts, or just a formal dinner for two, black is the color of the attire. Yes, off late people have ventured into various other colors and shades, but by the end of it all they return to the eternal black. Or, what is known as the classic black!

Black prom dresses permits you to be creative in the way you accessorize the dress. You could create patterns that could be embroidered or patched onto the dress. You could also get some bead and sequence work done on it. Diamante work spread across the dress in varying patterns is concerned as one of the most classic type of patterns. You could also be innovative and have some black shimmering ribbons hanging from the dress such as the sleeves or neckline.

Something delicate. It is also generally suggested that you tie up your hair when you wear something in black. Adding a hair gel to keep the hair in place adds to the glamour of your entire get up.
